3-4 Minute Assessment / Improvement Plan Tool: Below is a sample output that is generated after you answer approximately 50 questions about your business. This tool is designed to help our site visitors create a customized assessment and improvement plan for different components of their marketing strategy. This tool can also be deployed on our client’s websites to help them generate more highly qualified leads by offering their site visitors an opportunity to create their own customized self-assessment report.

 

Improvement Blueprint Questionnaire Format:

Open Ended Questions: This is an opportunity to ask key “buying indicator questions” like business problems, needs, and plans.

Performance-Related Questions: These are multiple choice questions where a the site visitor selects the response that applies.

 

Improvement Blueprint Output Report Components:

Summary Demographics and Issues: This is a summary of the responses to the open ended questions profiling needs, problems, and plans

Summary and Detailed Diagnostic: This is a summary diagnostic of this site visitors self-reported performance along with the detailed basis of these performance scores

Detailed Improvement Recommendations by Individual Question: This is the personalized improvement recommendations created for this site visitor based on their self-reported performance.

 

Improvement Blueprint Output Report Components:

Intuitive Site Visitor Questionnaire: The Improvement Blueprinting tool provides an intuitive questionnaire that largely utilizes “radio buttons” for the site visitor to select. Most of the questions are formatted to ask questions like “which of the following activities to you do to manage your …?” Additionally there is a progress bar to let the site visitor know where they are in the process which reduces the rate of drop off.

 

Summary Demographic & Issues: The Improvement blueprinting tool provides a summary of all demographic and key issues at the top of the report. This provides a good situation summary for both the person taking the report as well as for the salesperson within the sponsoring company. Several Marketing Advocate clients utilize this tool both on a self-service basis for their target customers on their website along with a service tool utilized in the first 10 minutes of every sales call. This approach changes the call to a “consultative session” which will improve the value delivered by the sales executive.

 

Level 1 / Summary Diagnostic: The respondents overall performance is broken down into sub-topic areas and issue area on a 1-100 scale. These scores represent the percent of best practices that the respondent is utilizing for each issue area.

 

Level 2 / Detailed Diagnostic for Each Sub-Topic Area: This is the detailed diagnostic that describes the basis for the sub-topic and issue area scores. This detailed summary shows the % best practice score by individual question to help the site visitor understand how this numeric score was generated.

 

Level 3 / Detailed Improvement Recommendation & Impact Forecast: This is the detailed improvement recommendation for each question that the site visitor responded to. A rating at a glance is provided along with summary of what the site visitor is doing, what they are not doing, along with a forecast of the impact for making this improvement. Links can be added into this cell to take the site visitor to other resource and /or product pages that are associated with this improvement recommendation.
